We accept Visa, Mastercard, Travellers Cheques, Cash (US/CDN). Please pay your guide directly. 12% HST included. Gratuity or Tip is customary for your guide’s good service.

pick-up times

Pick-up times vary from hotel to hotel. Complimentary pick up and drop off from all Vancouver hotels. We do our best to be on schedule. Please be at your lobby at the specified time.

cancellation policy

Day Tours are a minimum 24 hours notice for individuals, 72 hours notice for groups. Overnight Packages are a minimum 14 days notice as hotels are prepaid.
